Our return/exchange policy is any unworn items within 30 days from the delivery date and in its original condition can be returned.

UK Standard Delivery

Our UK Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days to deliver. Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from the order date. Any orders placed on the weekends are processed and shipped on the next business day.

UK Next Day Delivery

UK next day delivery is a next working day tracked service. Your order must be places before 12 noon Monday to Thursday to leave our facility on the same business day and delivered by the next business day.

Orders placed after 12 noon will be shipped the next business day and delivered the following day after.

Orders placed after 12 pm on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will provide you with the tracking information to keep you updated with your delivery.

EU Standard & Express Delivery

We are currently offering free shipping on all orders over £69.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Refunds are processed within 1-5 business days after we have received your return. If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days contact us at contact@LaMeeraModa.com

Please note that all shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable

If you are missing an item from your order or were sent the wrong order, please contact our Customer Service team within two days of receiving it and let us know your issue.
