Returns:
Our exchange/return policy is 14 days for a refund or exchange. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
The items must be unworn and in their original condition/packaging. All tags must be on the item when returned. We won’t accept any return that is worn, altered, washed, or damaged. Please note custom made orders are not refundable.

To complete your return,
We require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
An order number can be found on the confirmation email that is sent after you have placed your order.

After your request has been approved:
We will send you a return address
Write your order number on your package or include it on a small note.
On the note that you will be slipping into your return package;

To ship the items back to us, purchase a shipping label from your local post office.
Note: If you would like us to process your refund or exchange you will be responsible for sending your package back to our address. Once we receive it we will process it based on your requests and email you with an update.

Custom Dresses Return Policy:
Custom dresses are made specifically to the measurements you provide (bust, waist, hips, height, and hollow-to-floor). That means no one else will be able to wear that dress once it's made. Because of this, we are unable to accept any returns on custom dresses. Please double check your measurements and color choice before ordering.
We always recommend, that when doing a custom dress add half an inch to your measurements only if you’re afraid you may have measured incorrectly.
Sale items Return Policy (if applicable):
We do accept returns for Sale items. All sale items must be returned within 7 days of purchase, or 7 days after you received approval from Customer Service. All sale items will be issued store credit/gift card after we have received them. Shipping fees will not be added to your store credit. Although, if an item is on Final Sale then it is no longer returnable or refundable.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once we have received your return it will be fully inspected, we will then send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contactlameeramoda@gmail.com
Shipping
To return your product, you have to contact our customer service team for approval and then they will send you a shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
